#100happydays: day 15

Good afternoon :)

How are we all today?  :) I'm grand if anyone wondering in fact " I'm on a roller coaster that only goes up " :) you have no idea how desperate I was to quote that haha :) I've been re-reading The Fault in our Stars by John Green before the film comes out this week . I'm about half way through and actually finding it painful to continue reading whilst being aware of the tragedy I know awaits me, drawing closer and closer with every page I turn ... yet I can't turn them fast enough :) If anyone reading hasn't read it ... just go and read it I can't say anything that will make you love the book more that reading it :) You wont regret it .

Today's been nice I hope your today has also been nice because then you will be smiley and smiling's good :) I'm sure your beautiful when you smile ... well beautiful-er <3 cheesy but true . Wearing your smile whether your feeling it or forcing it ; smiling's proven to make you feel better and I guess if you smile at someone else whether it's a friend or a stranger they will quite likely smile back and then they will feel happier because they're smiling and BAM you've just set off a chain reaction of smiling and people feeling better , aren't you a fantastic human being ;) 17 muscles, one tiny movement , it's not that much effort but it could do so much  :) So a quick challenge, not even a challenge because it's so easy but worth while all the same : Smile at someone, anyone just let them know that you're happy and it's okay for them to be too :) I found a blog that seems pretty positive and I really enjoyed reading here if you have time you should definitely check it out :)

of smiling and happiness; My #100happydays today was kind of difficult to choose , there were lots of things but none of them are massive but little things make up big days :) In the end I chose a photo of a box of quotes a friend gave me at Christmas, she found them , wrote them out ( I'm mean like a hundred of them or something ridiculously sweet) , and gave them to me to keep me smiling.. I have to admit , I cried ( I know it's ironic) But happy tears I promise you ;) I have kept them and looked through them when I'm down. Today I decided my room needed brightening up so I stuck up a world map to remind me if things aren't always going so well here it doesn't even matter how bad it is because I have the rest of the world to explore , a lot more people to meet and so many more smile's to come...I think that's a important thing to remember :) I then found some blue tack and stuck all the quotes to my door to make it like a doorway of positivity :) I only got about a third the way down but I'm going to write up some more quotes and get to half the door and then I think I will find a positive poster to cover the bottom half :) If anyone knows any good quotes to use for this sort of thing then please feel free to comment them :)

Remember to Stay Strong <3 Stay Smiley :)
If your having a bad day try making a box of positive quotes, it will distract you from the bad day and you will have something to turn to if you get another bad day :)
Much love, love much-ly
