I'm sorrryyyyyyyyy ! I know this post is late ( again ) But I had one of those nights last night where I just wanted to play guitar and finish writing a song .. and maybe watch Waterloo Road , but don't tell anyone that's our secret ;) STOP JUDGING ME !!! ... okay I deserve to be judged aha ;) 

Anyways, at first glance you might not see this post as christmassy. At first thought, neither did I . But now I realise, nothing could be more christmassy ( annddd  yes, that is a word I discussed it with a lovely girl in the comments on a Christmas tag I did and we both agreed so that makes it official .. I think you'll find that the Oxford dictionary values our opinions highly ;) ) especially too any hopefuls reading this because this is essential what being a hopeful is and when my mum told me this story sat there beaming and making that noise you make when you see a REALLLY cute kitten ... no ? just me then ? okay ... well that's awkward . 

So, my mum is a headteacher and she was telling me how in the staff room at work someone ( no one knows who it is ) Left a bag of Jazzles ( you know those really nice like chocolate buttons with rainbow sprinkles on top for added smiles ? yeah those ! )  in the staff room with a note saying " Please take one and if it makes you happy then pass the bag on " .... think about it ... keep thinking .. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN ANYTHING MORE HOPEFUL OTHER THAN CARRIE HOPE FLETCHER HERSELF !?!! Okay so maybe I'm slightly over excited but kindness and strangers are two things that should mix way more than we as a society let them, whether someone knows who is being kind to them is irrelevant, their smile afterwards isn't. In fact perhaps it even has more worth coming from a stranger :) That bag of Jazzles probably cost whoever started this awesome random act of kindness about £1 ... It wasn't costly or difficult or self rewarding .It was, to put it simply; Just rather lovely :) 

The term " Goodwill to all men " is familiar to all of us around the Christmas season, this story is that saying in an act and I for one found it completely heart warming :) I know I decided to do the Christmas traditions from different countries each day instead of a quote, during the #It'sSnowingMyBubble series but I saw a quote in the new Cinderella trailer that fitted too much for me not to include it ... so you're getting an extra you lucky thing ;)

Today's merry Christmas was in Dutch . In Holland, farmers blow long horns at every sunset over waterfalls ( to make the sound loud )  in the Christmas period to announce the coming of Christmas ! If I ever got my hands on one of these long horns I feel like my family might ship me to Australia let a lone Holland , before we even got to December 2nd !

No Magic Like Music !

Christmas is often referred to as magical and there's nothing that brings on that magical Christmas spirit like music ! On Friday I went to see the War Of The Worlds, the final arena tour as a birthday present from my dad ( He bought the tickets in July when it was my birthday ... he's not quite that disorganised to be 7 months late ;) ) It was absolutely amazing ! Any hopefuls reading this will know that Carrie Hope Fletcher was playing Beth, I was so so excited to see her. I've looked up to Carrie for so long now, to be that close to her made me so happy that I actually cried a little bit when she started singing !

The music was second to non ! I've never understood why, but I've always loved watching conductors.. I think it's how enthusiastic and involved they get in the music :) Jeff Wayne was an amazing conductor ! I've never seen someone jump around so much whilst insuring a fantastic piece ( Composed by him ) was played to perfect... and perfection is exactly what it was ! :D

What's your favourite Theatre show ? Comment below ! I think mines Wicked ... or Les Mis... maybe War of the Worlds ... yeah, we know by now that I'm not good making decisions on favourites ;)

Today's Merry Christmas is in Icelandic ! In Iceland some children might have a potato left on their windowsill with a message to be good instead of presents if they've been bad !

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas :D

Okay , It's Official ! The Christmas stuff is out in Asda ... ITS CHRISTMASSSSSSSS ! :D

Even if my boyfriend (... and everyone else ever ) insists on December 1st being the start of Christmas, I have Asda on my side... so yeah ! 

Okay so maybe I've gone insane over my excitement for the Christmas spirit and all the happiness that comes with it, but if it makes you happy to be christmassy ... then do it :D Do what makes you happy ! If you're not hurting anyone then it's no one else's problem :) Just be happy <3 I've found myself pretty down recently and stressed ( hence why I haven't written in a while )  but using Carrie Fletchers concept of using your words to fix things and get things back to a place where I'm happy and okay again I'm glad to say I think I'm back to my normal self.. well as normal as I get :) I just want to say right now, please don't compromise your happiness for someone else, you're just as important so tell them how you feel don't let people upset you honey, nicely tell them what they're doing to you because it's not worth being miserable <3 I love you :) So anyways, now I'm feeling more cheerful I'm spending my evening in sat surrounded by Christmas magazines , books and blog plans ( there's so much cool stuff I'm desperate to show you this Christmas ! :D ) wearing my Christmas Pj's and new sparkly cat ears headband and drinking hot chocolate from my new 'Cup of Kindness'  which was a present from my friend the other day and I am absolutely in love with <3 I thought just in case anyone else is already feeling Christmassy I would make a list of my favourite Christmas songs to put me ( and anyone else who wants to be this early) in the festive mood :)

If you just got the Doctor Who reference there then you get 10 points and are as awesome as the words I'm about to tell you about .. and if you didn't then I'm sure you're still pretty awesome because you're you! How could you get any more awesome than that :) On the subject of Doctor Who, Oh my gosh am I the only one who's slightly frightened after the last episode .. I don't even know what to think ! I know one thing though , PLEASE DON'T LET ANYONE CREMATE ME ! ;) 

Anyways .. I need to learn to stop waffling. Pretty Little Things :)

Whenever I'm having a bit of a less than perfect day, I like to add a little sparkle by looking at all the pretty little things I can find on the numerous extremely cute shops I've found online :) So today after a too long week, I decided to share with you some of my favourite pretty little things I've seen recently :) 

Firstly, the lovely DotComGiftShop : 

Bubbles ? Bubbles . OH MY GOSH ! ICE CREAM BUBBLE !!! :D I'm not sure I can contemplate this level of  absolutely amazing and how much they would brighten any day aha :) Everyday should have bubbles in it <3 Esspecially when they're as cheap as £1.95 , here  :)

Paper chains ! Perfect for brightening up bedrooms .. and for keeping kids quiet whilst babysitting ;) I actually love making paper chains , I find it really therapeutic :) Right now these are on sale for £1.95 here <3 

Who doesn't love a bit of bunting ? I'm desperate to start making my own bunting .. minus my slightly unfortunate record for breaking sewing machines aha :) However, I'm still determined and when I do learn, I might do a DIY on it so let me know if you fancy that ... it could be Chritmas bunting ! Wow now I'm getting all over-excited about Christmas :) Anyways .. until then these super cute and super colourful, polka dot set of fabric bunting will do me just fine for £4.95 whilst they're on sale here  <3

It's no secret that I am a MASSIVE Disney fan :) Up is possibly my favourite Disney Pixar film ... I can not even describe my excitment :D I will definitely be getting at least one for £2.99 here <3

1.  I like tigers and me and me boyfriend invented a creature called a Ziger which is a tiger but is black and white and has hooves and wings ! I know ... I need to get a life ;)

Today I would like to talk about The Hopefuls :) I frequently talk about the hopefuls, hopeful notes and Carrie Hope Fletcher on this blog, mainly because it has, over the last year ; become a massive part of my life <3 Many big YouTuber's have followers which are a fandom but the hopeful's are more of a lifestyle choice in which they choose to spread kindness, positivity and love to strangers and any individual that needs it, which in my opinion is everyone because everyone no matter what should be shown kindness because kindness is a reflection of you not the recipient <3 Around a year ago I discovered Carrie Hope Fletcher's YouTube channel, ItsWayPastMyBedTime . As a direct result I discovered a kind, compassionate young woman who's loving words were enough to inspire every person who watched her video's and to make them believe in their dreams deemed 'unachievable', once more :) That person was and is Carrie Hope Fletcher . 

The Hopefuls are widely recognised as Carrie's followers . We are Mainly named so after her middle name 'Hope' but I and many other hopeful's think there is a lot more to it than that . There is no set definition of what or who the Hopeful's are but I asked hopefuls of the hopeful forum ( more on that later ) and from replies it's clear to see it means something different to every individual hopeful but it couldn't be more the same . For me, the hopefuls are people who are trying to show the same compassion to strangers and everyone around them as they have seen Carrie do and they are hopeful for a better, more positive, loving and accepting society as a result of that . It's clear to see that from projects such as the " Things I'll never say " and " The Hopeful Notes" All we want is kindness, happiness and a better world .

Above is the definition of Hopeful I found when I typed it into Google . As I mentioned previously every hopeful defines it differently, but here's my definition : 

The Hopefuls 

1. Followers of Carrie Hope Fletcher spreading kindness as inspired by her projecting happiness and never-ending optimism about the future and pursuing her dreams .
2. A group of people hopeful to change the world for better with kindness without one leader but a group of friends ; Carrie is not a leader but part of us , she also wants to spread happiness just like us .
3. Hopefuls are pirates at sea with the world at their feet sailing on waves made of stars. Whom take only sadness from the ships of people passing by. On their travels, however long or difficult their own voyage is, they sprinkle a shimmering glitter into the dark ocean . It may not be much but Hopefuls a happy with the thought that maybe, just maybe ; it might be enough to give hope to those lost at sea <3

One of my favourite things about the hopefuls is how lovely and supportive they are as a community <3 You only have to read a few threads on the hopeful forum and you will see the love and kindness they project . I've never seen such a entirely un-judgemental group on the internet :) If you ever need support or advice just go to the hopeful forum because I promise they will do their best and will make you feel so so welcome <3

Carrie Hope Fletcher has changed me and my life for the better <3 I have been inspired to be a better happier person and she pressed that button inside me that reminded me that I can achieve my dreams . You can do anything however impossible it seems... I mean anyone can do the possible, so where's the fun in that ? :) I've never been happier than I am right now, despite all the problems I'm facing. I am determined to stay hopeful because nothing makes me happier than watching a stranger pick up a hopeful note that I left and knowing that maybe just maybe it might be enough to give hope to those lost at

I'm feeling emotional :')

Hello there :) 

This isn't what I'm mean to be doing ... I should be asleep because I've just got back from a lovely holiday in Ireland and I'm exhausted but If I am going to write a blog post I should definitely be catching up on the " Smiley Sunday " posts that I have missed whilst being away ( I've got two to write :/ ) However, I have just come over very very emotional ... I'm crying . I'm not sad though, or upset just emotional :') So why ? Why am I sat in my room crying slightly confused if not slightly happy .. ? Well the answer is that I don't know but as I'm feeling emotional, there are a lot of thoughts in my head , thoughts I want people to hear because they matter to me .. and I feel like they need hearing ( wow I'm REALLY tired aha ... I mean just look at that excellent wording ;) ) 

Firstly I thought I'd explain how I ended up feeling this randomly emotional ... okay well, as I've said I came back from a holiday in Ireland a few hours ago and whilst in Ireland I missed people an awful lot, esspecially my friends and boyfriend because I like being surrounded by people who understand all the aspects of my life, know how I'm feeling and how to make me feel better and good about myself .. that's what friendship is and I often refer to my friends as my un-biological family because they are everything to me .. I mean my best friend practically lives with me half the time aha :) I wouldn't change any of them for the world <3 So I had a build up of love for my friends whilst I was gone from realising how much I loved and respected them :) Love is a very strong emotion and I feel it an awful lot and often get it mixed up with compassion that I feel for strangers and this is definitely not going where I planned ... I'm sorry I think this is just going to be a vent tonight but If you understand or take anything from it then let me know but I'm very tired so sorry about this aha :) Anyways, I love strangers or I'm filled with compassion for them , this is something I find difficult to distinguish between because the compassion I feel for strangers is so strong . In my head I see a person, a human life that is precious and amazing walking down the street. I don't know this person but that's the beauty of it because I want them to know the things in my head because I don't know what that stranger is going through , I don't know if they are the happiest person on earth ( in which case I want to join them and show them that they are right to be happy and almost congratulate them on their wonderful perception of the world ) or they might be suicidal ( In which case I want to help them, show them some kindness just to let them know that the world does have some good in ) . Regardless of the persons situation, they do not know my and likely never will , the only judgement they could have on me is by looking at me and I can't do much with that rather than where a top that says " hi, I love you and I hope you're having a wonderful day but If not I hope it gets better " and as a top like that would be quite difficult to come by .. I decided to smile at every stranger I make eye contact with to let them know that I'm happy and want them to be happy, so there is still something good in the world <3 It's also because of this that I write hopeful notes to strangers to say the things I would say to them if it was socially acceptable to go up to them in the street , I want the world to be a better, happy place and I want people to know that it isn't that bad no matter what they're going through, It is definitely worth living in :) 

This really isn't what I was going to talk about but I guess the reason I'm suddenly feeling even more attached to strangers is that in Ireland something AMAZING happened ! When I smiled at people... THEY SMILED BACK :D It actually makes my day every time someone smiles back because people smiling just makes the world a nicer place because every time you smile you actually feel better because it realises " Feel good" endorphins so now because of one simple action I made towards a person walking down the street, the worlds a very slightly happier place ... okay I do realise I sound made but I just feel so ... I don't know really . To be honest I wan't crying until I watched my idol,  Carrie Hope Fletchers, most recent video ( I'll link to it here <3 ) I don't know what it was about the video but she was talking about people thanking her . As a result I realised how much Carrie has effected my life. Since I started watching  "Itswaypastmybedtime"  I've become more positive, learnt to see the world in a different way, started to try and show others this way of seeing and started leaving hopeful notes because Carrie's hopeful notes inspired me to start being confident enough to show kindness to strangers and my life would still be stuck in sadness and thoughts that I would just grow up and work in a job that could pay the bills but now I believe in myself and that's not arrogant . Self belief is important and I'm going to have to write a whole post about that but Carrie pressed that button and I am so grateful to her <3 

I Have no idea what I have just written .. I'm sorry if my rambling was pointless , I'm aware the grammar was awful and the  punctuation that is pretty much non existent but I'm so tired <3 Please let me know if you understood any of that .. July Favourites :)

Wow this month has gone fast ! I'm in such a good mood, it's such a lovely day :) I know that's irrelevant but I guess I feel like it's important to acknowledge what a beautiful day it is and that the world isn't actually all that bad :) I can't believe it's already time to write another favourites blog .. I mean I'm happy about it because I love writing at these because It leads you to think about your month and look for the good things but wow it's gone so so fast :) So without any further a do I guess we better get started :) 

Cinema :) 

I mentioned In my first "Smiley Sundays "  I went to see Mrs Browns Boys D'movie the other day at the cinema and it was hilarious :) It's a great pick me up if you're feeling down because you can't help but laugh .. and there's blind ninjas ... so you should go aha :) I really enjoyed the film, the plot line was interesting .. well anything involving Mrs Brown usually ends up rather interesting regardless ;) But watching her and her family fight to save her market stall whilst desperately searching for a solution to the very very large debt that she has inherited amongst uncontrollable laughter is definitely two hours well spent :) 



Books :) 

Usually I recommend three books that I have met throughout the month but unfortunately I only had time to read one book and I was reading another but its gone missing which is really annoying because it was getting to the good bit but this means I will only be able to recommend one book this month and I'm actually really sorry but I promise there will be three next month <3  however the book I did read was outstanding. I saw 'Breaking Butterflies' by M.Angelais on the top self in W.H.Smiths  when I was out with my friend .. The title attracted my attention because butterflies are a symbol to me and many people I know, of staying strong ( Type 'the butterfly project into google') so I'm automatically intiguied by anything to do with butterflies .. plus they're pretty aha :) But the blurb of the book gave nothing away .. and I mean nothing . So I started to read the first few pages of the book ... I understood what was going on, I was interested and really enjoying it ... but I still didn't know what it was about or where it was going . Then my birthday came and someone gave me the book as a present because they knew I wanted it, so I continued to read and I continued to enjoy the book and I continued to not know what it was about or where it was going literally until the last page . Then I understood that the book could not be explained only read, I can't tell you what it's about even the basic plot line without ruining the whole thing but I can tell you it's breath taking, it leaves you with your heart in your chest, filled with fear, confusion and every emotion you never even knew you had <3 I loved this book and I'm sure you will love it too so please read it because it's absolutely amazing and if you have or when you have please let me know what you think in the comments :)

I was planning to say my favourite song for this month is Little Bird by Ed Sheeran and you should definitely check it out because it puts me in a good mood .. it's sort of the song you want to listen to when your feeling all loved up :) But then yesterday I heard one a song written by a YouTuber who's channel is called DoddleOddle called a 'A permanent hug from you ' it's just really sweet and cute and makes me feel all warm and snuggly inside <3 Plus Dodie Clark ( DoddleOddle) is such a talented singer and she sings it as a duet with Tessa Violet which is absolutely gorgeous , they're both such wonderful young women :)

Just kidding aha :) It is really warm though haha ... I'm not sure i'm at the point of wanting to become a nudest yet though ;) This month I'm absolutely loving the clothing being made by the woman behind a twitter account called @againstsuicide they do such good work and you should definitely follow them and check out her clothes and I am in love by the motivational Penguin top ;) i will definitely be buying this :) You can buy it by clicking here <3

As a result of my never ending love of Carrie Hope Fletcher and her YouTube channel 'ItsWayPastMyBedTime' I was lead to DFTBA to buy her merch ( I'm always wearing my hopeful top and my signed poster is my pride and joy aha ... but the fact i don't yet have the mug does make me feel a little sad ) but then I found tons of merch for all the things I love including John Green's stuff :) My top three things from there are :

CARRIE HOPE FLETCHER HAS STARTED BLOGGING AGAIN !!! YAYYYYYYYYYY :D 

urmmm so yeah I'm pretty damn happy about this aha :) Carrie has a blog called All I Know Now  Which is amazing I've been absolutely loving her posts about things that make her happy :) You should definitely check it out :)

Thoughts and Nonsense is a really creative Channel where the girl who makes the videos doesn't actually appear in the videos but writes down what she want's to get across in her notebook in loads of different awesome styles of writing :) They're are really impressive and unique and she deserves way more subscribers than she has so it would be really great if you'd go have a look :) 

Five Good things That Happened This Month :) 

This is a new section that I'm adding because I think it's important to reflect on the good things that happened so that you can see the best in life so here we are : 

1) It was my birthday :) I had such a lovely day and wear my TFIOS necklace everyday .. also I had a caterpillar cake .. yeah ! I'm that cool ;) aha .

2) I've spent two days so far this holiday covering towns in hopeful notes and my hopeful notes blog post should be up at some point next week :) 

3) My friend answer the door to a poor delivery man in her underwear thinking it was only  her nan... I almost died of laughter when she told me XD

4) I went to see "The Two Gentleman of Verona " at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre with my youth group and despite being slightly unsure of going I actually really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone :) 

5) WE BROKE UP FOR SUMMER ! WOOO :D
