Heyyy  !

I've been in a really nice mood today, you know when you can see the sparkles in everything and it's just all rather lovely ? :) I've had a lot of mock exams this week so have really enjoyed just relaxing and flicking through my favourite online haven on the bus journey's home, thank god for Pinterest <3 I hope if any of you have been having mock exams that they've gone really well or at least you make all the mistakes on this one instead of your real one , i guess mock exams arn't meant to be gotten right since their purpose is to find your weaknesses so you can patch them up before your final exams :) So don't worry too much about them <3 Anyways, here are some of my favourite pins from the long journeys home !

Happy Thursday !! 

Today I over heard someone call to someone else as they walked off, " Have a positive day!" and that made me smile :) So here's this weeks top ten pins to try make you smile  <3 

This is sooooo cute ! And easy ! I'm definitely going to start making these as gifts :)

The Doctor... quoted Mary Poppins... I'm not sure I can handle how weirdly happy this is making me ! This is not how normal people should react ... I probably need medicine for my weirdness , and a spoon full of sugar to make it go down ;)

Doctor Who !!!!

Hello :) 

As usual my life is full of lots of fun biology projects, maths coursework and hours studying Romeo and Juliet.. as lovely as he his; I'm not sure how much more Shakespeare I can deal with ;)  So with this massive workload you can assume two things 
1) I've not had very much time to write blog posts ( But i'm managing to stick to one a week at least and it's usually on a Monday ) 
2) There has been A LOT of procrastinating going on ... mainly Doctor Who related as per usual :) 

So I thought, before I go write about amino acids, forming proteins and other complicated science-y stuff that I don't understand a word of .  THANK GOD FOR WIKIPEDIA ! I thought I would show you some of the funny and just generally awesome, Doctor Who pictures and stuffs that I found :) Enjoy ! 

So I hope you enjoyed those and they made you smile :) I'd like to do more of these from Doctor who or other fandoms in the future so let me know if you like them and I might do them midweek instead of Mondays because they don't take forever so I can still post even when my work loads busy and looking for the pictures always makes me smile a lil bit and smiling's good aha :)

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas :D

Okay , It's Official ! The Christmas stuff is out in Asda ... ITS CHRISTMASSSSSSSS ! :D

Even if my boyfriend (... and everyone else ever ) insists on December 1st being the start of Christmas, I have Asda on my side... so yeah ! 

Okay so maybe I've gone insane over my excitement for the Christmas spirit and all the happiness that comes with it, but if it makes you happy to be christmassy ... then do it :D Do what makes you happy ! If you're not hurting anyone then it's no one else's problem :) Just be happy <3 I've found myself pretty down recently and stressed ( hence why I haven't written in a while )  but using Carrie Fletchers concept of using your words to fix things and get things back to a place where I'm happy and okay again I'm glad to say I think I'm back to my normal self.. well as normal as I get :) I just want to say right now, please don't compromise your happiness for someone else, you're just as important so tell them how you feel don't let people upset you honey, nicely tell them what they're doing to you because it's not worth being miserable <3 I love you :) So anyways, now I'm feeling more cheerful I'm spending my evening in sat surrounded by Christmas magazines , books and blog plans ( there's so much cool stuff I'm desperate to show you this Christmas ! :D ) wearing my Christmas Pj's and new sparkly cat ears headband and drinking hot chocolate from my new 'Cup of Kindness'  which was a present from my friend the other day and I am absolutely in love with <3 I thought just in case anyone else is already feeling Christmassy I would make a list of my favourite Christmas songs to put me ( and anyone else who wants to be this early) in the festive mood :)

If you just got the Doctor Who reference there then you get 10 points and are as awesome as the words I'm about to tell you about .. and if you didn't then I'm sure you're still pretty awesome because you're you! How could you get any more awesome than that :) On the subject of Doctor Who, Oh my gosh am I the only one who's slightly frightened after the last episode .. I don't even know what to think ! I know one thing though , PLEASE DON'T LET ANYONE CREMATE ME ! ;) 

Anyways .. I need to learn to stop waffling. Actually I've started to really like potato waffles recently and ... wait, I'm doing it again aha :) So its no big secret that I'm ever so slightly in love with Carrie Hope Fletcher ( I'll link to her YouTube channel here ) One of the first videos I watched of hers after the Disney Princess song , was about loads of really cool, awesome words that no one really knew about and ever since then I have been collecting beautiful words on my pinterest account, so I thought I'd share a few with you today :)

I know quite a few people know about this word , but it's so cute .. Smiley Sundays- #100happydays: Day 93-99

Good Morning :) 

I hope your day can begin with love <3 and end with wonderful memories :) Now wouldn't thank be wonderful ? Then SMILE ! And make it happen :)  This is my last Smiley Sunday Post and in true Smiley Sunday post style is late ;) Thank you for reading them and I really hope you've enjoyed them <3 

#100happydays : Day 93 ( Monday ) 

I feel so unbelievably happy, content , silent, loud, loving and loved right now that my smile is spreading across my face as I think the thoughts that I thought and of the feels that I felt and realise how worth the bad times are for the moments like this :) Today I spent the day with my boyfriend, we watched Doctor who ( 9th doctor for anyone who is interested , who's your favourite doctor ? ) and then built a blanket fort and played guitar hero before I fell asleep because the blanket fort was way too comfy ( not that I'm complaining ) . Once I got home I finished off a perfect night with a hot chocolate and marshmallows and slept happily in a hoodie because it was too cold but I was too tired to care :)

New Books ! Woo :D The one thing I love about the new academic year is the new books. Fresh, clean pages and that lovely neat writing from the one day/lesson of the year that you actually remember a pen ;) I wrote a blog post about my thoughts on the new school year which you can find here :)  But I hope you've had a wonderful start to a year full of lots of procrastinating and hopefully a little school work ;) 

#100happydays : Day 95 ( Wednesday )

My best friends bag some what resembles a mini fridge ... and at the end of the school day an empty mini fridge :) I was extremely happy when I found my best friends mum had made her a cheese sandwich just the way I like it :) Yay! I know that's completely irrelevant to anything but the point is the little things like stealing your friends food and laughing around a table ... they often get taken for granted but they're often the things that matter the most <3 Of course the most important thing about Wednesdays is THE GREAT BRITISH BAKE OFF !!! WOOO ! Despite being absolutely distraught at Norman leaving , NOOOOOOO! His Pieful Tower made my day :D

#100happydays : Day 96 ( Thursday )

STRESSFUL DAYS, NEED MILKYWAYS :) When I get panicky or worried, when I calm down a lil bit I treat myself a Milkyway... or five ;) They're definitely magic <3 The nicest / cutest thing that happened today, after a pretty rubbishy day when I had practically no make up on and was feeling rather meh ; a little girl came up to me a said "You're Pretty" and it just really made me smile because she didn't know what she was doing, she didn't know that I needed a boost but she was young and there was kindness in her and it just makes me happy that the world has potential like that . So that when it all seems pointless someone will be a little human towards you, a stranger and tell you something to give you faith that it's not all that bad <3 On that note, next time you see a stranger in a pretty dress tell them or loudly tell your friends that you think that person looks lovely :) Trust me it's worth it :) It's really really worth it .

Nothing like a good Disney Movie to cheer you up , So we watched UP :) Whilst eating chocolate ice cream <3 UP is like my all time favourite love story and just awwww :) I want a letter box with hand prints on it !!! 

#100happydays: Day 98 ( Saturday ) 

Today me and my best friend went to her cousins, baby's, birthday party :) He was turning two and to be honest I think I was even more excited about the toy car and bubbles than him ;) He had an awesome In The Night Garden cake that was really cute :) Afterwards we went to a massive ASDA and you can't understand how happy this made me because I don't know why but I just really love ASDA ! :D We bought Ice cream and sweets and then spent the evening watching X-factor and getting fat :) Woo ! Happy days ;) 

#100happydays : Day 99 ( Sunday ) 

Spending the morning lying on the sofa with your best friend watching a whole series worth of TV and eating yoghurt for breakfast ( We made like Greek yoghurt mixed with raspberries and chocolate digestives, it sounds weird but is actually really nice ) is great :) Until you realise that you have forty-five minutes to be showered, straighten your hair, do your make up , get dressed and walked the dog .... that was an  urm interesting attempt :) I want more lazy days like this but there's so much school work ! As soon as I work out how to manage it I will probably write a blog post about it ... expect that on the 4th of never ;)

:) August Favourites

Good Afternoon :D

Hope that your day has been marvellous :) If not I hope you find a way to make it so <3  I have grown to love writing my monthly favourites blogs because it's a few hours when I'm purely focusing on the good things that happened through the month and I know I have to find them no matter how rubbish the month has been and it honestly makes me feel a whole lot better :) So here is my August favourites :

Cinema :)

This month my favourite film that I've seen at the Cinema was The Inbetweeners Movie 2 :) I love the InBetweeners and I was ecstatic when I found out that they were making a second movie . I really enjoyed the first movie however I didn't think it was as good as the series meanwhile the second movie was fantastic ! Me and my sister were dying with laughter whilst eating our Ben and Jerry's ice cream ... They make Smores Ice cream now ! How awesome is that ? :D I accidentally dropped me spoon in the cinema but my sister was an absolute babe and gave me hers <3 Anyways back to the film; In this movie the boys set off to Australia to find Jay who has told them a urm, rather fanciful version of his currant living and working arrangements ... and girls ;) Nothing unusual there then hehe :) The mischievous young adults head off re-united on a road trip and well ... when you've finished rolling on the floor laughing I'm sure you'll agree that it's a errm... eventful adventure to say the least ;) Must see film ! Books :)

The Little Beach Street Bakery By Jenny Colgan was a wonderfully heart-warming tale  :) It took me a long time to read because I could never find time to read but I went on holiday and finished it in a day , I just couldn't put it down <3 The protagonist ( Polly) moves away after becoming bankrupt, leaving behind her husband Chris and everything she's ever known . But who needs a husband when you has friendly fishermen, a sweet american bee-keeper and most importantly Neil :) An addorable little puffin who befriends Polly and flutters around her with his ruffled feathers, standing by her and nibbling at the crumbs of her delicious homemade bread when she has no one else on the issolated little village which becomes her home and her happiness <3 A truly uplifting story of loss, love, bakery's and Puffins :) What's not to like ? 

As I mentioned in a Smiley Sunday post, I have started to read the Harry Potter books . Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone by the incredibly talented J.K.Rowling was everything everyone ever said it was <3 If I'm honest I thought that I wasn't going to enjoy reading the Harry Potter Series but with every page I was pulled further and further into the magical wizard world of Harry Potter and I loved every moment ! I can't 
believe how much I enjoyed the book ! It was perfectly written and I read it within a day . If you are putting off reading the Harry Potter series or have convinced yourself it's not your thing then un-convince yourself and give it a go because I'm sure you will love it as much as I did :) 

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets also by J.K.Rowling lived up to the expectations set by the first book and then proceeded to surpass them by massive amounts :) I feel like there's really not any point in summing up the storyline because if you don't know the story line of Harry Potter I think you might need to go outside darling hehe ;) But I can't wait to read the 3rd book ( Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban ) I feel like there's going to be a lot of Harry potter related blog posts coming up :)

The Reckless and the Brave by All Time Low is an amazing song that you can sing along to at any time and instantly feel good and like you can take on the world <3 There needs to be more songs like this because not enough people are being told to go for their dreams :) 

Clothing :) 

This month I have discovered a wonderful charity which I would really like to talk more about in another blog post called " To Write Love On Her Arms "   which does amazing work helping people  whom are struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. They have a store and you should definitely check it out ( you can find it here ) I love the top's in the store because I think they look good and have fantastic messages on , I'm ordering one as soon as I 
have some money :) This is my favourite of their tops, and it reads : "You'll need coffee shops and sunsets and road trips. Airplanes and passports and new songs and old songs, but people more than anything else. You will need other people and you will need to be that other person to someone else, a living, breathing screaming invitation to believe better things."

I have been Reading KimJadeLouise  for a while now and I love her blog and more people should know about it :) I especially love her DIY posts like the floral bun wraps but her DIY: Book to Diary/Notebook post with great :) She's creative, a talented artist and an awesome writer so if you get time then please check her out <3 

YouTube :) 

I discovered this YouTuber on the first of August and have been dying to tell you about her ever since :) RibbonsMakeBows is a wonderful young woman who's just graduated and has been making awesome videos through her university life :) If you have issues with body confidence or being happy then I can't think of a better place for you to go to <3 

Finally , Here are my five good things that have happened this month :) 

1. I went on holiday and swam in the sea :D Yayyy <3 
2. Everyone in Ireland was really friendly and smiled back . 
3. I went to see Wicked at the theatre OH MY GOSH It was so so so good :D
4. The New Doctors first episode was great and I saw it on the big screen <3 There was a girl wearing a Fez !!!!!
5. New School Year = New Stationary ... lots and lots and lots of new stationary :) I think I might do a stationary haul if you're interested to show you all my new stuff because I seriously need to get this excitement out of my system aha I mean they're just pens ... but they're coloured revision pens ! Arghhh :D

Smiley Sundays - #100happydays : day 79 - 85

Heyyyyy :)

I'm feeling smiley now despite already having written a Smiley Sunday post , what ? Ten minutes ago aha :) Listing the good things from your week can really help you to see that it isn't all that bad even if you're feeling a bit rubbish at that moment I promise there's good things :) Although my bum is going a lil bit numb from all this sitting down writing for hours and hours but oh well :) You're worth it <3

#100happysdays : day 79 ( Monday )

I can barely contain my excitement to see my best friend for the first time in weeks today :D I've missed her so much and the laughs that come with her :) Unfortunately I have to go to work first . For the last two weeks of the summer holiday I'm going to be helping out at a summer school for year 6's moving up to year 7 to make friends and I actually really enjoyed helping out and watching the kids play benchball .. I was actually kind of jealous that I couldn't join in aha :) After picking up my best friend ( and taking the mayonnaise from her house because we think the one her mum buys tastes better ... yeah her mum did give me a weird look as I walked out her house with it but oh well :') ) We went back to mine, made double pizza ( we made pizza on wraps and put them on top of each other .... BEST. IDEA. EVER ! )  watched some comedies and then she decided that we should play innuendo bingo ... if you don't know what it is then look it up .. all I can say is I spat A LOT of water on my best friends face .... ummm I missed you ? ;) 

#100happydays : day 80 ( Tuesday ) 

Work again . Ummm yay ? It wasn't that bad actually, I really enjoyed helping the kids to sow the purses they were making .. even if I did have to thread about a hundred needles :/ I mean seriously ? How hard can it be aha :) After work I had to go to NewLook quick to get my school uniform and as it turned out I also desperately needed a dress ... and a Harry Potter top ... I mean you can never have too many Harry Potter tops right ? ;) Whilst I was there, the writing underneath the plastic manikins made me giggle . Then I went to my boyfriends house where we watched the Gavin and Stacey Christmas special and just thinking of Christmas made me feel all warm and fuzzy :) I seriously can't wait for Christmas :D It's going to be so awesome I really want to make loads of home made gifts this year so get ready for loads of DIY blog posts through the build up to  Christmas because I have been scrolling pinterest for days looking for ideas and its not even the end of August yet :) <3 I also found these really cool pictures on Facebook and I thought I'd share them with you because ummm they're Frozen ... Is there a better reason for anything ;) 

 #100happydays : day 81 ( Wednesday ) 

Today I saw my favourite musical that I one day want to be in. For the first time ever ! One things for sure , I've changed for good ;) Wicked was absolutely breath-taking <3 The casting was fantastic and all the singing was amazing I loved the whole thing :D Oh my gosh I can't even get over how good it was <3 Please, if you get the chance, go and see it because its just wonderful :) Also feel free to tell me your favourite musicals in the comments <3 Despite the excitement of going to see wicked and believe my it did not disappoint but surpassed my expectations ; I couldn't help but feel a little nervous all day knowing that tomorrow was results day for all GCSE students but when scrolling through pinterest I found a quote that made me feel a whole lot better and I feel like It would do everyone good to remember Mr.Disney's words <3




#100happysdays : day 82 ( Thursday ) 

Arghhh the day everyone's been dreading .... results day . It wasn't that bad , I was pretty happy with my results :) Turns out Mr.Disney was right ;) After I got some results I treated myself to some awesome socks from river island because I love love LOVE socks :)  Congratulations and a massive well done to everyone who got their GCSE results to day , I'm proud of each and every one of you . I'm also proud of the people who didn't get what they wanted, I'm proud of you for trying and I'm proud of you for the moment when you pick yourself up saying I tried my best and now I'm going to try harder <3 You only need enough to get you on to the next stage, so seriously, A* rarely matter unless you want to go to medical school in which case there are Re-takes . If you are disappointed with a result because a friend did better ... you are NOT them. You should compare yourself to no one but you . All you need to do is YOUR best not someone else's and if it's your best then oh my gosh I'm proud of you <3 I love you for being you and the only person you need to show, is yourself <3 Finally, please remember ; it's a grade on a bit of paper , that's all. It most certainly does not define you as a person . You are amazing and will continue to be so regardless of what a stranger looking at some scribbles you left on an exam paper thinks . You are good at something and it's okay if that's not maths or science or art ! I promise you're good at something even if you haven't found it yet ! Maybe you're good at making people feel good ! You can't take an exam in that, but I can't think of something more important to be able to do <3 You're perfect no matter what :)

I had a Great day at work today, mainly because I got to join in as the kids played bench ball  :) Yayyy aha :) After work I attempted to get changed, straighten my hair, do my make up and tidy my room in half an hour which involved some serious multitasking aha but I got it done just in time.. but something had to go wrong, so my boyfriends family stood awkwardly at the door looking rather confused as I tried to mouth I've look the key, whilst my sister ran around up stairs trying to find it in her bag.. well at least missing keys make life interesting I guess :) Me and my boyfriend then sat in my room whilst I got all excited about Christmas plans and shopping trips and ahhhh Christmas !!! :D I can't even think about it without getting over excited aha :) We went through books of Christmas recipe's trying to work out how we could make awesome Christmas themed cupcakes :) The penguin ones were my favourite <3 By around nine o'clock I was exhausted so we snuggled up in front of the TV laughing happily at The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice ... You can always rely of Jo Brand for a good giggle :) 

#100happydays : day 84 ( Saturday ) 

After spending most of today in town with my friends having a lovely time and drinking hot chocolate ( even the day didn't feel right without my best friend there because she'd gone on holiday :( ) I came home and hurriedly got ready because today is the 23rd of September 2014 . Today is the day the Doctor returns and I am going to see it on the big screen at the cinema ! YAYYYYY :D I was unsure about the new doctor ( Peter Capaldi ) But I really enjoyed the start of the new series <3 I loved all the jokes about Scottish independence and was nearly jumping out of my seat with excitement when I caught on to the link between this episode and the David Tennant episode ; " The Girl Behind The Fireplace " I loved it and can't wait for next Saturday to find out what amazing antics The Doctor and Clara will be off on next ! :D 

#100happydays : day 85 ( Sunday ) 

Honestly the best part of today is now . Looking back on my week which I thought was a bit ( a lot ) rubbish and realising that It was actually pretty good especially when I focus on the good and cut out all the bad :) I'm so relieved to be all caught up with my blog posts and can finally start writing all the ideas buzzing round in my head :) To top it all off .. my dad bought me a Daim bar so life is pretty good :)
